Beau Simon
Principal Counsultant
Beau Simon is the Founder and Principal Consultant of PoliStaff, a South Florida-based political consulting and strategic communications firm. With a background spanning public service, government relations, and political campaign management, Beau brings a unique understanding of the relationships and strategy required to navigate South Florida’s political landscape. Previously serving as Program Manager for one of South Florida’s largest trade associations, Beau has cultivated an extensive network of relationships with elected officials, community leaders, and organizations. He combines firsthand government experience with political insight and a relationship-driven approach to deliver tailored strategies that strengthen campaigns, elevate candidates, and achieve meaningful results.
Jillian Douglas
Compliance Associate
Jillian T. Douglas serves as a Compliance Associate at PoliStaff, bringing a strong academic foundation and a growing background in law, public policy, and political operations. Having attended the University of North Florida and graduated from Indian River State College, Jill is currently pursuing her goal of attending law school. With a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to integrity and accountability, she supports PoliStaff’s campaign compliance, organizational operations, and regulatory responsibilities, helping ensure campaigns operate efficiently, ethically, and in accordance with election laws.

Lilly serves as the Operations Intern at PoliStaff, supporting the firm's day-to-day operations, campaign coordination, and administrative initiatives. A student at West Broward High School, Lilly is actively involved in student government and the Broward County Association of Student Councils (BCASC). With a passion for leadership, civic engagement, and public service, she brings a fresh perspective, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for the political process to the PoliStaff team.
